Storage register

Cookie and browser storage policy

Effective 31 July 2026

This register lists the first-party cookies, session storage, and local storage LexVision actually uses, including which items are necessary or support a feature you request.

Privacy by default

Storage needed for security and an interaction you request remains available. Optional analytics is off by default and can run only with an explicit current-version preference.

The site loads no third-party advertising or analytics SDK and sets no analytics cookie. First-party pseudonymous analytics activates only after consent.

Current storage register

These names and lifetimes match the current application settings.

lexvision-consent (first-party cookie)

Information
Version, immutable necessary status, and optional analytics true or false.
Purpose
Remember a reversible privacy choice and keep optional processing off by default.
Retention
180 days. A changed version or invalid value is treated as no choice.
Recipients and access
Your browser and the LexVision first-party domain.
Your control
Reopen Cookie preferences from the footer of any published page and withdraw.

lexvision-locale (first-party cookie)

Information
Traditional Chinese or English language choice.
Purpose
Return the root URL to the language you selected.
Retention
One year.
Recipients and access
Your browser and the LexVision first-party domain.
Your control
Switch language to update it or clear it in browser settings.

lexvision-preloader-shown (session storage)

Information
Whether the entrance animation has appeared in this browser session.
Purpose
Avoid replaying the entrance animation in the same session.
Retention
Cleared when the browser session ends.
Recipients and access
Remains in your browser.
Your control
Close the session or clear site data.

lexvision-analytics-session, lexvision-analytics-attribution, and lexvision-analytics-sequence (session storage)

Information
A random session UUID, a closed acquisition classification (direct, organic search, paid search, social, email, or referral), and a non-temporal integer that orders events within the session.
Purpose
Only after analytics consent, aggregate first-party events from the same browser session.
Retention
Cleared when the browser session ends, site data is cleared, or analytics consent is withdrawn.
Recipients and access
Remains in your browser. Sent pseudonymous events are retained live for 90 days, with an expiring backup cycle that may extend this by up to 14 days.
Your control
Withdrawing analytics clears all three session keys immediately and stops future collection.

Demo cart (local storage)

Information
Demo identity, product identifiers, and quantities; payment card numbers are not kept in local storage.
Purpose
Continue a cart demonstration in the same browser.
Retention
Until you empty the cart or clear site data.
Recipients and access
Remains in your browser; necessary items reach the server only if you create an order.
Your control
Empty the cart or clear local storage in browser settings.

Change or withdraw a preference

Choose Necessary only, Accept analytics, or review the detailed preference. Refusing analytics does not block content, the inquiry form, or language switching.

Withdrawal affects later optional processing. It does not automatically delete inquiry or transaction records created for another necessary purpose; use the privacy-request path for that.

Browser controls and updates

Most browsers can inspect, block, or clear cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary storage may stop language memory, entrance-state, or a demo cart from persisting.

A future optional service first requires an updated register and consent gate. A current preference is not permission for an undisclosed purpose.
