Working terms

Terms of use

Effective 31 July 2026

These terms separate editorial content, concept demos, project inquiries, and formal engagements so you know what each represents before relying on information or using an interaction.

Scope and acceptance

By browsing or using the site you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the interactive features.

Information and estimates are not a formal commitment

Service descriptions, price ranges, timing, and articles are introductory information—not a quote, warranty, or legal advice. Approved proposals or contracts define the actual scope, fees, rights, and responsibilities.

We work to keep content accurate, but information may change with services, providers, or law.

Projects and interactive demos

Content marked as a concept demo or self-initiated concept is not commissioned client work and does not imply endorsement by a real brand. Demo commerce, donation, and payment pages are not an invitation to buy a real product or donate to a real organisation.

Do not use the site unlawfully, automate abuse, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt service, or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Site copy, design, code, imagery, and brand elements are protected. You may browse and share public URLs to evaluate LexVision, but may not reproduce, sell, impersonate, republish, or remove rights notices without permission.

Ownership, licences, third-party materials, and transfer conditions for project deliverables are set in the approved proposal or contract.

Availability, external links, and responsibility

Maintenance, faults, or a provider outage may interrupt the site. External sites remain the responsibility of their operators; a link is not control or a warranty by LexVision.

To the extent permitted by law, the free public site is provided as available. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If one term is invalid, the remaining terms continue.
